Through Lax West, Watson has developed a system which allows him to share his vast knowledge and understanding of the game with players of all ages and ability levels.

His career-long pursuit of excellence within his sport, and the friendships he has made with teammates competing at the highest levels, enables him to put together an elite staff and unique developmental experience.
